How It Works

1. Get copy of order
Tell your provider that you would like a copy of your lab order.
2. Find Your Lab
Search by lab test name or Lab ID. Open the product page and click "Request This Lab".
3. Submit Your Order Request
You’ll fill out a short form. Tell us your service location, along with your supporting documents & any notes. Submit.
4. We Confirm Availability
AL+ partners with over 4,400 laboratories nationwide. We verify the nearest site(s) to you. If we can’t schedule in your area, we’ll let you know right away.
5. Approval & payment link
If your location is serviceable, we email an approval with a secure payment link for the exact test and price.
6. We schedule your visit
After payment, your concierge books your appointment at your preferred site, sends you confirmation details.
7. RESULTS AND LAST STEPS
The lab will process your sample within standard timelines. Your results will be sent to your physician, who will review them with you and discuss any next steps.
What to Remember
No Hidden Fees: The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for the lab test.
Location Matters: In some remote areas we may not be able to schedule. If so, we’ll tell you and there’s nothing to pay.
Service Time & After Hours: Requests after business hours are handled the next business day. See our hours of operation here.
