By placing an order through Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”), you agree to the following:

i. All lab services are provided by third-party laboratories (LabCorp or Quest). Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) facilitates access and discounted pricing but does not perform laboratory testing.

ii. You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen lab service is appropriate for your personal needs. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

iii. Pricing is transparent and listed on our site; however, labs marked “Call for Pricing” are not guaranteed and may vary.

iv. Orders may take 2–3 business days to process. Times may vary by location.

All purchases are subject to review and verification. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that are incomplete, fraudulent, or not eligible for services.
i. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All lab services are for informational purposes only and should not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. We are not responsible for how results are used or interpreted.

ii. All laboratory testing is performed by independent, third-party laboratories. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) is not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies in laboratory results. Any issues regarding results must be addressed directly with the laboratory.
i. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) makes reasonable efforts to keep pricing and service availability up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all listed tests or prices will remain available, and we reserve the right to update or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.
i. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or ineligibility. Refunds will only be issued at our discretion in accordance with our stated policy.

ii. All orders are subject to verification. Any attempt to obtain services fraudulently will void the transaction and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
i. Due to the nature of medical testing, all sales are final once orders are placed and transmitted to the lab. Refunds may only be issued if your order cannot be processed due to an error on our part or lab unavailability.

ii. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC is not responsible for reimbursement of costs incurred for travel, time, or other expenses related to lab testing.

iii. If you entered incorrect information during checkout, please contact us immediately at orders@affordablelabsplus.com. We cannot guarantee corrections once an order has been sent to a laboratory partner.
i. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) values your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used only to process your order and provide services.

ii. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required to complete your lab order (i.e., providing info to LabCorp/Quest).

iii. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC uses HIPAA-compliant systems and safeguards to protect your information. While we are not a healthcare provider and do not maintain medical records, any information we transmit or handle is secured in accordance with HIPAA standards.

i. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) may facilitate the secure delivery of certain laboratory results electronically to members.

ii. All results are generated and owned by the independent laboratory performing the test. We do not alter, interpret, or guarantee the accuracy of these results.

iii. Delivery may occur via secure electronic methods or through our concierge team, and may require up to 3 business days depending on laboratory processing times.

iv. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) is not responsible for delays or technical issues outside our control.

v. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) is not responsible for errors, delays, or omissions by third-party laboratories, nor for any interpretation of test results. Customers are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider regarding any results.

vi. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Customers are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider regarding any results.
i. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) strives to make lab testing affordable and accessible. Transparent pricing is always our goal. Your data and personal information are always secure.

ii. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing; times may vary.

iii. Labs listed as “Call for Pricing” are not guaranteed and may require additional confirmation.

iv. Only freestanding LabCorp or Quest laboratories are eligible. Hospital-based labs are excluded.

i. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC (“Affordable Labs Plus”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to reliance on test results, service delays, or data errors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

ii. Affordable Labs & Imaging, LLC’s role is limited to order facilitation and payment handling. All services are provided ‘as is’ without warranties or guarantees regarding medical outcomes.
Affordable Labs Plus was created to give people a fair, transparent way to access lab testing without the crushing costs too often found in healthcare.

Our mission is simple: make lab testing affordable, clear, and accessible for everyone. We believe cost should never stand between someone and their health.

At Affordable Labs Plus, we’re not here to complicate the process. We’re here to serve. From your first request to your final results, our concierge team makes sure you know what to expect, what it will cost, and serves with your best interest at the center.
