Click "Request This Lab" on any lab product page. This sends your request to our concierge team, who confirm availability and guide you through scheduling, payment, and next steps.
You are not buying a test directly online. You are submitting a request so we can confirm an available lab near you can provide the service. Once confirmed, our concierge team will handle everything else- payment, to scheduling, and last steps.
Once your request is confirmed, we’ll send you a secure online payment link. We accept all major debit/credit cards and electronic payment methods. We do not accept cash, checks, payments by mail or in-person payments.
Affordable Labs Plus works with more than 4,400 partner labs across the U.S. Availability is based on whether one of our partner labs is located close enough to serve you. We strive to serve everyone, but occasionally distance may prevent us from fulfilling a request.
Requests submitted during business hours are usually confirmed within 1-2 hours. After hours requests are handled the next business day. Once approved, our team works to move forward within 2 hours,
but timing can vary.
After approval, a concierge team member will contact you directly with payment instructions, scheduling, and preparation guidance.
Yes. We use secure, encrypted systems and comply with HIPAA standards. Your privacy and data security are always our top priority, but please review our Terms & Policies.
